SHIPPING METHODS

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be affected during holiday and clearance periods. 

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium:

All orders placed on working days before 12pm will be delivered within the next 1 to 3 working days. During sale periods this may be longer. We offer standard shipping to your desired address or you can pick up your order at a local PostNL Pick-up Point at your convenience. Please note that you will need to show proof of identity when picking up your order.

Deliveries within Europe Zone 1:
From 5 to 9 working days

Deliveries within Europe Zone 2:
From 7 to 10 working days

Deliveries to all other countries
From 9 to 12 working days

Please note that delivery times are guidelines only and start from the date of dispatch. Delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by authorisation of payment and/or availability of stock. If PHSeven does not deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase. Your order will be delivered at your local delivery point. You will receive a delivery notification via SMS or e-mail when your package is ready for delivery.

**Please note that delivery services are busier than usual during the holidays. This also applies to orders that you want to be delivered before a certain date. We advise you to place all orders as soon as possible to avoid possible delays in shipping.**

RETURNS

If you wish to return anything purchased from PHSeven, please enter your order number, address and the reason for return. Your request will be reviewed the same day and you will receive a return link, follow the steps. Please return your order unopened and in its original condition within 28 days of purchase. If you would like more information about returning products purchased from PHSeven, please send an email to orders@phseven.online and we will be happy to assist you. The cost of returns is borne by the sender.
